Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 4, 2020, Office Depot, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on March 13, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 2, 2020. The Company’s press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Office Depot Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.025 Per Share

 

Boca Raton, Fla., February 4, 2020 -- Office Depot, Inc. (NASDAQ:ODP), a leading provider of business services and supplies, products and technology solutions, today announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.025 per share ($0.10 per share on an annualized basis) on its common stock. The dividend is payable on March 13, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2020.
